We recently discovered Women’s Fitness cover star’s YouTube channel and we’re hooked. Her at-home glute workout is one of our favourites. It uses your own bodyweight, so if you’re like me and have tight hammies, you can still have buns of steel without feeling your knees collapse every time you squat. What a dream come true!
