Beyonce has been a very busy bee this April with her collaboration with Topshop, Ivy Park, shortly followed by the surprise release of visual album Lemonade. It has been a glorious feast of fashion for our eyes and we thank Queen Bey for blessing us with these gifts.
Lemonade is a stunning hour-long visual album that is full of vivid imagery, fierce style and oh-so-many costume changes. After the short film premiered on HBO we haven’t been able to stop talking about it.
One of the most iconic looks featured in Lemonade had to be the vibrant mustard (or should it be lemon?) dress that Beyonce wore whilst smashing up some cars with a bat. The flowing gown is from Roberto Cavalli's AW16 collection and when paired with some leather platform heels by Saint Laurent it makes the perfect outfit for wielding a bat and looking altogether pretty badass.
Speaking of which, Bey was looking pretty fierce in her Hood by Air coat with matching Yeezy crop top and leggings. This athleisure wear look is definitely something we are going to try and recreate in Topshop with the Ivy Park range.
We have to give Beyonce full marks for this Gucci outfit, because if you are going to go all out in a tailored floral yellow suit with flares you may as well pair it with a shirt covered in snakes.
Those were our top picks from the visual. What was your favourite Bey look from Lemonade? Remember you can shop the Ivy Park range on Topshop here.
