Get Chloe's Intense Blue Eyeliner Look
Chloe Moretz was rocking a seriously stand out look at a Cartier event on Wednesday. All we can say is hand us the blue eyeliner. Now.
Makeup artist Mai Quynh highlighted Moretz’s already vibrant green eyes with some intense blue eyeliner. This rather out there look was paired with with a very natural pink toned nude lip, flawless dewy base and a light dusting of blush and highlighter to bring out the cheekbones.
Here's how to recreate this look.
The Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue is great for creating a natural looking base. Its gel like formula and light to medium coverage leave the skin looking even toned, but not cakey at all. You'll barely notice you're wearing anything. Plus, it has SPF 30 which is always a bonus.
For the electric blue eyeliner we recommend this pencil from Bourjois. The last thing you want is for any of the blue to go anywhere else on your face, so it's definitely a good idea to make sure that you use waterproof eyeliner for this look.
Chloe's looks usually feature very natural brows because she is already has a lot to work with. If you don't have much of a brow then try this gel from Eyelure to help. Try combing the hairs upwards and around the shape of the brow to create this look.
To maintain the dewy natural look of the base, we recommend going for a cream blush. Cream blushes have a much more natural look than powder. Add a sweep of highlighter at the tops of the cheek bones like this one from Rimmel and you've got some killer cheekbones.
NYX have some ridiculously good lip products and this nude pink toned lip pencil is great for throwing in your handbag for top ups throughout the day. Add a layer of clear gloss over the top for more moisture and a fuller pout.
