Stay Healthy, Go Easy On Yourself & Achieve Your Goals 🙌
January is oftentimes a month of change. A new start to the year means you’re probably trying to improve yourself in one way or another.
Magazines & websites will be flooded with posts like “How to get rock solid abs from eating only kale and gravel” or “Why you should get your 537 pieces of fruit and veg a day” or some other random person demonising carbs and telling you that the way to success is 100% by drinking some kind of tea that will magically make you skinny/ poop for hours.
It’s times like these we can often get carried away. It’s times like these we can feel like a bit of a let down if we aren’t doing as well as we hoped in regards to achieving our goals or sticking with our New Year’s resolutions.
However, no matter how important your goals are to you, and we admire that they are, there’s nothing more important than your own health.
Seriously, go easy on yourself.
Don't go to extremes. Keep it simple. Exercise more, but don't overdo it. Eat healthier, but you can totally have that slice of pizza if you want. Everything in moderation.
