Get That Six Pack With This 10 Min Abs Blaster Workout

Not given up on that New Year's resolution yet? Good on ya.

Here are a few things you need to know if you want to get a flat, toned stomach with some seriously shredded abs.

  1. You gotta drop the fat - you can exercise your abdominal muscles all you want, but the only way you're going to be able to physically see the effects of all that training is if you have minimal fat on top of them. 
  2. You need to eat lots of protein - protein is vital to build healthy and strong muscles, so to see the benefits of weight training and working out you'll need to add some lean protein to your diet to make sure that your body is able to rebuild itself after.
  3. Keep it varied - mix up your workout every few weeks to make sure your body doesn't get too used to it. You don't need to do a million crunches to get abs, seriously it's mainly the fat on top that is getting in the way.
  4. Use HIIT training to work those muscles and burn off calories.
