TUNA PASTA WITH A TWIST
Everyone loves a good tuna pasta, but this one is seriously next lvl. Add some sardines, garlic, a bit of chilli, chopped tomatoes and spinach to up your tuna pasta game to a healthier mix. Extra protein + tasty leaves = happy bod.
EGGS & AVO TOAST

We're a firm believer that breakfast food can be eaten at all times in the day. Especially when it tastes so good and is a nice, balanced meal. Avocados provide healthy fats, eggs are packed full of protein and essential nutrients, whilst the side of spinach and mushrooms help boost your veg intake for the day! What's not to love?
CHICKEN & SWEET POTATO CHIPS
This is as easy as cutting up a potato, sprinkling some spice and baking some chicken alongside. Whack a side salad on it and you've got yourself a delicious and healthy meal. We recommend using turmeric for the chips for an extra kick.
