How To Use Colour Correctors 🎨
Colour correctors can be scary for any makeup lover. Lucky for you we’ve put together this colour corrector guide, to show you how to balance out your skin tone.
We can all be a little heavy handed with foundation sometimes. When you have blemishes or red patches it can be easy to get a little bit carried away when it comes to makeup.
It’s ok, we get it, and we're here to help. Here's how to use the colour correctors from NIP+FAB to balance out skin tone without having to go overkill on the base. Nobody wants a cakey canvas. ✋
Use the green colour corrector over blemishes or red marks on skin. If you look at a colour wheel you'll see that red and green are opposites, so the green helps counteract redness in the skin. Don't worry this won't make you go all shrek.
This yellow toned concealer not only will provide good general coverage but it's also great for concealing dark under eye circles and can be used to subtly highlight and brighten the high points of the face.
This purple toned corrector eliminates any unwanted yellow undertones to the skin. Perfect for anyone with uneven skin tone or patchiness.
The warm orange tone of our terracotta concealer neutralises blue undertones and is ideal for concealing under eye circles and dark spots.
