World Water Day: No One Left Behind 💧
Today is World Water Day 💙and this year people are looking into tackling the water crisis by addressing the reasons why so many people are being left behind.
Women, children, refugees, indigenous peoples, disabled people and many other minority or marginalised groups are often overlooked as they try to access and manage the safe water they need. In fact, children living in warzones are three times more likely to die from water-related diseases than from violence (UNICEF).
